We believed that design could help shift the focus back to what's most important: the people.

The Commonwealth Fund and Gordon and Betty Moore Foundation supported gravitytank to employ user-centered design processes to understand the needs of vulnerable patients and envision a solution to inspire and guide future creators of Digital Health Advisors. Sage is a conceptual vision - not the one and done solution. We hope the ideas presented here help you to partake in the journey to empower patients and caregivers in need.
